Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination, order contents and shipping method. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address and before payment. Please review the shipping charge and total before placing your order.

For estimated international shipping charges, see our shipping rates by country and region. The guide lists shipping charges per order in Japanese yen (JPY). At checkout, charges may be displayed in your selected currency.

Shipping methods and destinations

Orders are shipped from Japan. We use Japan Post EMS for international shipping. Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout.

Please contact us before ordering for delivery to the United States, destinations marked for prior confirmation in our shipping guide, destinations not listed, larger orders or orders that may require more than one parcel.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are dispatched within three business days of the order date. The dispatch date is not the delivery date.

Delivery times depend on the destination, customs clearance and postal conditions, and delays may occur.

Import duties, taxes and handling charges

The amounts in our shipping guide do not include product prices, import duties, taxes or handling charges. Depending on the destination and shipping arrangements, these charges may apply separately. Please review the itemized total at checkout before payment. Some charges may be collected separately at the destination.
